Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of software, scripts, platform components, and related products (“Software”) purchased from Aron and Sharon, trading as Online Casino Script (KVK: 62745115).

This AUP is an integral part of our Terms of Service. Any violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service and may result in immediate termination of your License without notice or refund.


2. Lawful Use Only

You must use the Software only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where you operate. Specifically:

a) You must hold a valid gambling license issued by a recognized regulatory authority in every jurisdiction where you deploy the Software to offer gambling services.

b) You must comply with all conditions of your gambling license(s), including but not limited to player protection requirements, responsible gambling obligations, anti-money laundering (AML) rules, know-your-customer (KYC) procedures, advertising restrictions, and reporting obligations.

c) You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where applicable, with respect to any End User data processed through or in connection with the Software.


3. Prohibited Uses

You shall not use the Software, directly or indirectly, for any of the following purposes:

3.1 Unlicensed Gambling Operations

Operating or facilitating gambling services without a valid gambling license in the relevant jurisdiction. The purchase of our Software does not constitute, replace, or imply a gambling license.

3.2 Targeting the Netherlands

Offering, promoting, advertising, or making gambling services available to consumers located in the Netherlands. This includes accepting registrations from Dutch residents, displaying content in Dutch targeted at Dutch consumers, accepting Dutch payment methods for gambling purposes, or otherwise directing gambling services at the Dutch market.

3.3 Targeting Prohibited Jurisdictions

Operating gambling services in or targeting consumers in jurisdictions where all forms of online gambling are prohibited by law, unless you hold a specific exemption or license that permits such activity.

3.4 Targeting Minors

Allowing persons under the age of 18 (or the higher legal gambling age in the applicable jurisdiction) to access gambling services. You must implement robust age verification mechanisms.

3.5 Money Laundering and Financial Crime

Using the Software to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, fraud, or any other financial crime. You must implement effective AML/KYC procedures in accordance with the regulations of your licensing jurisdiction.

3.6 Sanctions Violations

Providing gambling services to, or accepting funds from, any person, entity, or country subject to sanctions imposed by the European Union, the United States (OFAC), the United Nations, or any other applicable sanctions regime.

3.7 Manipulation and Fraud

  • Manipulating game outcomes, RNG outputs, or payout ratios in a manner that defrauds players or violates the terms of your gambling license;
  • Operating rigged or unfair games;
  • Engaging in any form of fraud against players, payment processors, or third parties.

3.8 Removal of Safety Features

Modifying, disabling, removing, or circumventing any responsible gambling features, age verification mechanisms, self-exclusion systems, geo-blocking capabilities, or other player protection measures included in the Software.

3.9 Unauthorized Distribution

  • Sublicensing, reselling, redistributing, sharing, or otherwise making the Software available to any third party without our prior written consent;
  • Making the Software available on any public repository, file-sharing service, or other distribution platform;
  • Allowing third parties to access or use the Software under your License.

3.10 Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to derive the source code of any compiled components of the Software, except to the extent explicitly permitted by applicable mandatory law (including EU Directive 2009/24/EC on the legal protection of computer programs).

3.11 Harmful Activities

  • Using the Software to distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code;
  • Using the Software to conduct denial-of-service attacks or other cyber attacks;
  • Using the Software to harvest, scrape, or collect personal data without consent;
  • Using the Software in any manner that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.

3.12 Misrepresentation

  • Representing that the Software, your gambling platform, or your business is endorsed, certified, approved, or affiliated with Aron and Sharon or Online Casino Script;
  • Using our trade name, logos, or branding in a misleading manner;
  • Falsely claiming that your gambling platform is licensed when it is not.

4. Your Obligations

In addition to refraining from prohibited uses, you are affirmatively obligated to:

a) Maintain valid licenses: Keep all required gambling licenses current and in good standing for the entire duration of your use of the Software.

b) Notify us of changes: Inform us immediately if your gambling license is suspended, revoked, expires, or is subject to any regulatory action.

c) Cooperate with verification: Provide proof of your gambling license upon our request within 14 days. This includes providing the license number, issuing authority, and any documentation we reasonably require.

d) Monitor your operations: Ensure ongoing compliance with all applicable laws and the terms of your gambling license(s).

e) Report issues: Notify us promptly of any security vulnerabilities, data breaches, or regulatory inquiries related to the Software.

f) Keep records: Maintain adequate records of your regulatory compliance, which you may be required to provide to us upon reasonable request.


5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that a violation has occurred or is likely to occur, we may:

a) Issue a written warning requiring immediate corrective action;

b) Suspend your access to the Software pending investigation;

c) Terminate your License immediately and permanently;

d) Report the violation to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities;

e) Pursue legal action to recover damages and enforce our rights.

No refund shall be provided in the event of termination for violation of this AUP.


6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP by another user of our Software, or if you have concerns about potentially unlawful use, please report it to us at [insert email address]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.


7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. Continued use of the Software after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
