By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
Our Software constitutes digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium. In accordance with Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code (implementing Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided that:

Our Software is sold exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. The EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Dutch consumer protection provisions (Title 5, Section 2b of Book 6 of the Dutch Civil Code) apply only to consumers. As a business purchaser, you do not have statutory consumer withdrawal rights.

If you do not receive the Software within 48 hours of confirmed payment and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue within a further 7 business days, you may be eligible for a full refund.
If the Software is materially defective — meaning it does not contain the core features as described in the product listing at the time of purchase — and we are unable to remedy the defect within 30 days of your written notification, you may be eligible for a refund. Minor bugs, cosmetic issues, or features not explicitly listed in the product description do not constitute material defects.
If you are charged more than once for the same product due to a payment processing error, we will refund the duplicate charge promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds (if approved) will be issued in the cryptocurrency originally used, at the exchange rate at the time of the refund.
If your License is terminated by us due to a breach of our Terms of Service (including operating without a valid Gambling License, targeting the Netherlands, or any other material breach), no refund will be provided.
If your License is terminated by us for reasons unrelated to any breach on your part, we may, at our discretion, offer a pro-rata refund for any unused prepaid period of subscription-based products.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently revoke your License, restrict your access to our website and services, and pursue recovery of any losses incurred.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
