  • Defects will be corrected within any specific timeframe.

  • Any claims by End Users, players, or other third parties;
  • Any loss of revenue, profits, data, business, or goodwill;
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions;
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Software or related services.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Software in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
